Phobia votes

I didn't realize that i have a phobia votes ... certainly not all votes
But Only one vote makes me feel angry and disappointed at the same time .... sadness and fear .. hatred and the desire to oblivion.
When I hear that sound I lose my mind and wanted to escape to after the last
Is it the  illusion  or is it just a trick to make me believe that I have a phobia
